I have started the Extension Publication Authorization Form.
A publication author should complete their part of the form before submitting a publication to our office. It is required for all PB, SP, and W publications. The form can be found online.
When should your project be completed? If the requested due date falls outside our lead times for different projects, please explain in the field below. For projects related to events, projects driven by grant deadlines, and other special circumstances, our team will work as quickly as possible. We encourage clients to schedule projects as far in advance as possible to help us meet your needs and deadlines.

*Please note that printed projects need an additional two weeks for reviewing proofs and printing.

To upload multiple files, select them all within one upload (the “Choose Files” button should only be clicked once). In order to ensure the highest quality final product, photos and text must be uploaded separately (i.e. do not embed photos in a Word document). If your files are larger than 10MB, please email or vault (vault.utk.edu) them to our project manager at jeastma3@tennessee.edu.

Any images provided to our office must be properly sourced. Guidelines and information can be found online.

Completed Extension publication authorizations must be submitted for all publications except “D” numbered publications. Completed Extension publication authorizations may also be submitted through this form.
