Lead Times

In 2020, the Marketing and Communications team completed more than 1,300 marketing materials, news releases, podcasts, videos, displays, banners, Extension publications, and many other types of projects.
This volume means that planning and time management are crucial to the success of our clients and our office. The following lead times are standard requested minimums to help us best serve the Institute.

Printed Marketing Materials (Brochures, Rack Cards, Booklets, Extension publications)


  • Two weeks for editing
  • Two weeks for design
  • Two weeks for printing

Digital or Web-only Projects (Extension Web-only publications, e-vites, digital ads)

Displays, Signage, Pull-up Banners
