Purchase for both personal and departmental use is allowed and encouraged. Purchases made with department funds must be made through a departmental transfer. The cost per item on departmental purchases is set at a wholesale rate and does not include tax. Personal purchases can be paid with cash (exact change required) or by card, but the cost per item on personal purchases includes a fixed tax.
To order, email utiamarketing@tennessee.edu with the quantity and item desired, need-by date, shipping or pick-up information, and UT account number (for departmental purchases). Items can be picked up in-person in Morgan Hall Room 104. No minimum quantity for in-person pick up. Any shipping costs will be calculated and added to the final cost. The minimum order for shipping is four items.
